Ensemble Offspring is seeking an Administration and Operations/Marketing Assistant. The core function of the role will be to provide administrative support for the company, reporting to the General Manager. Ideally, the role would also cover operational and/or marketing support for the company.
The position will allow the right candidate to develop an in-depth understanding of running a performing arts organisation, managing events, and marketing/promotion in the arts environment. It may suit candidates with previous arts administration experience who are seeking part-time employment to pursue other arts activities. As the role develops, the General Manager will also provide training to build skills in marketing/operations depending on the experience and/or qualifications of the successful candidate.
