AH TEMPE!

A live musical walkathon around the streets and homes of Tempe!

Spectacular music in humble abodes – that’s what you can expect from Ah Tempe! which grants you a sneak peek into three musical homes in the suburbs. You can choose to join in our live walking tour of the three locations, or tune in from your home via our live stream.

House 1: Ensemble Offspring trio Claire, Jason and Lamorna bring a bite-sized program of Australian works, including our 2019 Noisy Women Composer, Nicole Murphy.
House 2: Composer Tristan Coelho and harpist Emily Granger welcome you into their home for an intriguing concert featuring harp, piano and electronics.
House 3: Dreambox Collective Duo Alice Chance and Chloe Chung present “Avant-Garden:” a structured improvisation exploring combinations of flutes, voice, accordion, and household and garden objects, with a small level of un-intimidating audience involvement, including a series of miniature improvisations. The pair will create a playful space somewhere between a plant and a person nursery.
