Ensemble Offspring is a new music organisation with a history of musical innovation extending back to 1995. Our administrative team is a small, dedicated family of arts professionals who work behind the scenes to produce and deliver Ensemble Offspring’s acclaimed annual concert season, educational programs and national and international tours, while maintaining a standard of excellence and securing the future of the organisation.

Location: Green Square (Musica Viva Australia)
Working conditions: Part-time, 2 days per week (15 hours/0.4 FTE)
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 per annum pro rata, plus 10% superannuation. Commensurate with experience.
Start date: 31 January 2022
Philanthropic support makes up an increasingly important revenue stream for Ensemble Offspring. The Development Manager will work closely with the Artistic Director and Producer to manage key development requirements of the company – i.e. to diversify and grow income streams, primarily across private donors, foundations, philanthropic organisations and business partnerships and securing major gifts and bequests.
