February 7, 2021 @ 8:00pm 10:00pm

Australia’s most innovative instrumentalists Ensemble Offspring celebrate the work of legendary minimalist composer Steve Reich, performing a suite of his most pioneering, hypnotic music at Sydney’s new Sunset Piazza.

Led by acclaimed percussionist Claire Edwardes, ARIA-nominated Sydney musical mavericks Ensemble Offspring have are a collective of multi-talented collaborators exploring new ideas through experiential performances that transcend genre and place.

Together they bring to life the visionary sounds of living American composer Steve Reich, whose breakthroughs in repetitive patterns, phasing, tape loops and harmonic rhythm made him indisputably one of the most influential musicians of the late 20th century.
