As birdsong drifts in on the summer breeze, an intimate trio of flute, clarinet and percussion take inspiration from the weird and wonderful sounds of the Australian bush. Capturing the calls and songs of Australian birds in a plethora of new works written for Ensemble Offspring, Songbirds at Dusk is a journey into the sounds of nature with the magical calls of pied butcherbirds, virtuosic avian displays and indigenous musical perspectives on these beguiling creatures of the sky.
Ensemble Offspring is committed to ensuring our events are accessible to everyone. Please email admin@ensembleoffspring.com at the time of booking to inform us of any special access needs.
