Why Patterns?

Borrowing its name from the mesmersing work of Morton Feldman, Ensemble Offspring takes a novel look at patterns in music with Why Patterns? Focusing on the concept of ‘process music’, from which the extremely popular Minimalist movement emerged, the Ensemble will present an unexpected selection of composers who have created a transparent music that is sometimes humorous, 
often funky and always fresh.
