Join us on a unique musical journey creating the music of tomorrow: music that inspires and arouses, excites and provokes.
You can choose how you would like to support Ensemble Offspring from a suite of our innovative creative endeavours:
Noisy Egg Commissions: Donate today to help create, develop, present and document new Australian work by Ensemble Offspring. Donors are invited to attend rehearsals and workshops of the new work as well as special events with the musicians – be a true part of the creative journey.
Music of the Future: We love increasing the noise at Ensemble Offspring! Help us do this by contributing to the next generation of Australian culture through our Hatched Academy, First Nations Program and Noisy Women Commission.
Noisy Egg Nests: Support a nest and nurture one of our artists – after all, they’re the ones who bring the music of tomorrow to life. As a Nest donor, you will build a personal relationship with the musician and develop a special insight into their own inspiration and musical path. You can make your tax-deductible donation via this website by clicking on the link, or if you would like to support us in other ways, we would love to chat to you! You can email Sophie, our Development Coordinator on email@example.com
Noisy Egg Creations
Commissioning and creating new music is at the heart of what we do at Ensemble Offspring. We’re particularly proud of our track record of privately funding more than 40 new works through the Noisy Egg Creation Fund since its inception in 2013. What we have been able to achieve together with you, our supporters, contributing to a living Australian culture and a vibrant art music scene cannot be underestimated. We invite you to be inspired by our stunning videos and recordings of recent commissions and get in touch to start your own journey of musical discovery with Ensemble Offspring.
Recent Noisy Egg Creations include new works by Alex Pozniak, Genevieve Murphy (UK), Nicole Lizée (Canada), Gerard Brophy, Holly Harrison and Cathy Milliken. Many of these works have been nominated in recent years for APRA Art Music Awards and have been performed around Australia and the world by Ensemble Offspring. These new creations for chamber ensemble provide an enduring legacy for Australian music and artists, placing Ensemble Offspring at the forefront of international new music trends.
