Ensemble Offspring - Sydney’s musical mavericks

About EO

Ensemble Offspring are Sydney’s musical mavericks. Featuring a core line up of world-class musicians on violin, cello, flute, clarinet, piano and percussion, along with a broad collective of collaborators, Ensemble Offspring champion the music of tomorrow. Driven by discovery, Ensemble Offspring presents intricately crafted experiential performances that transcend genre and place, tapping into the innate curiosity and adventurous spirit of our audiences. Ensemble Offspring also provides opportunities to a broad range of Australian artists and creators, nurturing emerging and traditionally under-represented musicians (including female identifying and First Nations artists) to build a thriving culture for the 21st century.

“…exhilarating and intelligently constructed…visceral joyous music at its most elemental.” – Peter McCallum, Sydney Morning Herald
